    • Miss Lily's Banquet Hall is a charming all wood facility with over 2300 square feet of floor space.  This blank canvas can be set up to accommodate groups that range in size from small, intimate gatherings to 110+ guests.

    • Included with this lovely banquet hall are 12 round tables, which seat up to 8 guests per table, 48 wooden café chairs, 5 black padded café chairs and various rectangular tables used for food display and additional guest seating.
       
    • Miss Lily's Banquet Hall features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace with stone hearth, movable wrought iron screens for partitioning off the available space and a beautiful wrought iron gazebo.

    The following information is necessary at the time of booking:

    • Choice of package
    • Approximate number of guests
    • Date of wedding
    • Method of payment
  • If you prefer to create your own package, we will itemize for you. Any of the packages may also be used for Renewal of Vows.
  • Silk floral bouquets are designed in your color choices and are yours to keep. We must be informed of your color selection at the time of booking or two weeks prior to your wedding.
  • The Unity Candle adds symbolism and is yours to keep. A specially requested song may be played at this time, but you must supply us with a new unopened CD two weeks prior to your ceremony. Include names, wedding date and choice of song with your CD.
  • Deposits must be received within 7 days of booking your wedding. Deposits are used for reservations and are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation. Payments may be made by Cash, Money Order or Credit Card (Discover, Visa, MasterCard). No personal checks. Include bride's name and wedding date with payment.
  • Tennessee marriage license required. No blood test. No waiting. Repeat marriages welcome.
  • During weekend weddings, dressing facilities are provided for Bride and Groom. We request everyone else come dressed for the wedding.
  • Lodging - Check in 3:00 p.m. Check out 11:00 a.m. You must arrive at chapel by 5:00 p.m. for lodging unless special arrangements are made.
  • Rent designer tuxes for $85 and $109 up to size 72 at www.walkersformalwear.com. Heartland recommends this company for your tux rental needs.
